DESCRIPTION:Join us for an in-person learning session during Culture Days and gain valuable information about Treaties. \nThose in attendance will learn about Treaty History\, Treaty Relationship\, Treaty Responsibilities\, Treaty Land Entitlement and more. \nSpeaker Aaron Tootoosis\, a Plains Cree from the Poundmaker Indian Reserve in Treaty 6 Territory\, will lead the session. \nLimited seating is available for this event. Pre-registration is required. \nTreaty Teachings will take place in-person on Thursday\, October 3 at the Yorkton Regional Library (93 Broadway St. W) from 10:00am – 11:30pm.
