Deadline to return those forms is June 7\, 2023 at 4:00pm. \nThis years guest speaker will be Prior Chief Cadmus Delorme who will provide a message on what we inherited and the roll we shall play in assuring Truth and Reconciliation is a part of our strategy moving forward. \nOne complimentary meal ticket is included for voting members. Tickets for non-voting members are $25 and includes dinner. Pre-registration is required by June 7\, 2023. SUMMARY:HIGH FIVE - Principles of Healthy Childhood Development (PHCD)
DESCRIPTION:Facilitated by Parkland Valley Sport\, Culture and Recreation District. \nHIGH FIVE – Principles of Healthy Childhood Development (PHCD) is a one-day training course that will help front-line leaders (anyone working with children aged 6 – 12) improve the quality of programs. It provides in depth training in the HIGH FIVE principles of healthy child development so front-line leaders understand what they need to do to ensure a child’s social\, emotional and cognitive needs are met. \nHIGH FIVE PHCD will take place at the Godfrey Dean Cultural Centre – Land Titles Building\, located in Yorkton SK. \nJune 7\, 2023 – HIGH FIVE PHCD 10:00am – 3:00pm \nJune 8\, 2023 – HIGH FIVE PHCD Modules (Introduction to Conflict Resolution\, Communicating with Empathy\, Planning Quality Programs) 10:00am – 2:00pm \nPlease wear active clothing and shoes you can move in to the workshops.
