The Sport Wrapping and Taping Workshop is a 7-hour practical workshop with content that deals with types of soft tissue injuries, cycle and mechanism of injuries, states of healing, assessing and return to sport guidelines, knowing when to tape vs not to tape, ankle wrapping, ankle taping, wrist taping, thumb & finger taping, hip wrap, and tensor bandaging.
It should be noted this workshop is NOT a certified workshop. It does not give anyone any type of official certification or designation. It is an educational workshop only and is not officially recognized by an professional body.
